1. Optimizing Project Management – This is based on Dr. Wu’s recent book (with the same name), and it can be tailored between half day to five days depending on the training objectives.
2. Program, Portfolio, and Risk Management – These courses are based on PMI standards and publications that focuses on the best practices and performance domains. Courses here can be tailored from half day to three days.
3. Project Management Office – We offer a one-day introductory course, and based on our consulting work of establishing new or enhancing existing PMOs, more days can be added to maximize the training outcome.
